August 30, 2011. Felony charge of possession of cannabis DISMISSED after hearing on motion to suppress evidence. Circuit Court of Grundy County. Case No. 11 CF 39. Client was pulled over by Illinois State Police and the search discovered substantial quantity of cannabis. All charges were dropped after court ruled that search violated the 4th Amendment.
